Edge Performance & Wellness Training sessions are available to anyone looking to make a change and get the edge back in their lives. Edge Performance & Wellness Training programs are designed to help you meet your health, performance, and wellness needs and goals through:

  • Functional Movement Screen (FMS)
  • Health and Activity history
  • Body measurements
  • Nutritional analysis and recommendations
  • Individualized, progressive functional resistance training and energy systems training (what you might think of as ‘cardio’) programs
  • Integrated recovery and regeneration strategies
  • All structured and personalized based on your goals and needs!

You can also have a Functional Movement Screen by itself. This gives an edge to individuals who may have a structured training program but want to see where their weaknesses and limitations are. The FMS test is like looking under the hood of a car and checking it over thoroughly before you buy it and drive it 100mph down the interstate or on a 500 mile road trip and blow a tire halfway there!

This option is not just for those that have exercise equipment at their homes but also for those interested in setting up a home gym. SP Edge provides consultation as a standalone service or in combination with a training program for anyone who wants to set up a convenient and effective ‘gym’ in the privacy of their own home.
