In May 2024, Lyft, a ride-hailing service, partnered with the company to provide users with transportation to maternal health services. Through the partnership, Lyft Healthcare began offering sponsored rides for people who are pregnant or postpartum and face barriers to transportation.

In May 2023, Memorial Hermann Health System announced a partnership with Babyscripts to provide virtual maternity care to their patients. 

In October 2021, the company partnered with the Nuvo Group, a company commercializing an FDA-cleared remote pregnancy monitoring platform, to deliver a comprehensive remote pregnancy care solution. Through this partnership, Nuvo began offering non-stress tests, within Babyscripts' commercial ecosystem, with the goal of advancing pregnancy care delivery for providers and their patients, particularly those at high risk of complications.
