PatientIQ's proprietary analytics engine processes PROs data, enabling healthcare organizations to continuously monitor patient progress, benchmark performance against peers, predict outcomes, and identify areas for quality improvement. As of May 2022, PatientIQ's customer base had grown to over 200 healthcare organizations, collecting outcomes data from more than 1.4 million patients and nearly 6 million outcomes. In March 2023, UCHealth leveraged PatientIQ to enroll over 50,000 patients across various specialties, automating PROs collection and enabling data-driven quality improvement initiatives.

In January 2023, American Orthopedic Partners, a national physician-owned orthopedic practice, implemented PatientIQ to unify patient data across its enterprise, validate clinical treatment programs, and demonstrate excellence through PROs benchmarking. PatientIQ has onboarded over 1,500 orthopedic surgeons in the preceding six months.
