Indo-US-based Doceree is a healthcare-focused AdTech platform that provides pharmaceutical, life sciences, and healthcare-focused media agencies with marketing solutions to engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs). Its programmatic advertising platform, powered by its proprietary technology, ESPYIANTM, includes:

1) Doceree Target, which enables the creation of highly targeted audience segments

2) Doceree Exchange, which provides access to a global SSP inventory and real-time campaign optimization 

3) Doceree Triggers, which enables the creation of trigger-based campaigns based on precise moments of care 

4) Doceree Perform, which facilitates measurement studies to understand the real-world impact on script lift 

5) Doceree Assist, which enables hyper-targeting of patients by focusing on improving medication adherence by enabling HCPs to access cost-saving programs such as co-pay cards and discount coupons. 

It also offers a Partner Toolbox that further supports innovative engagement with HCPs in a compliant manner. As of September 2023, the platform had served 55 million+ impressions, 1,100+ campaigns, and 100+ advertisers. Its customers included pharmaceutical companies such as Cipla, SUN Pharma, GSK, and BioPharm.

The platform claims to be the first global network of physician-only AdTech platforms, ensuring a personalized experience for HCPs. It also claims that ESPYIANTM reaches 750,000+ HCPs in the US.

Key customers and partnerships  

In September 2020, Doceree announced that it had partnered with large specialist agency networks, such as DoctorForMe, DocPlexus, MediNexus, GoDoctr, MediMetry, Haymarket, Cureus, and Medical Joyworks. In May 2023, the company partnered with healthcare company Hello Health Group to expand into eight key markets in Southeast Asia, including Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia, Myanmar, Singapore, the Philippines, and Taiwan.

Funding and financials 

In September 2023, the company raised USD 35 million in a Series B funding round led by Creaegis to accelerate product development, improve technologies, scale global expansion, and expand the team. It also reported that Doceree had grown by more than 100% since its Series A funding in April 2022, expanding its footprint to Africa, South East Asia, and the Gulf Cooperation Council.
