Hudled

Hudled is a SaaS spend management platform that provides a dashboard to track, manage, and optimize a company's software stack. It offers businesses real-time insights and data-backed suggestions to help them save on their SaaS subscriptions as they grow. Hudled connects with a company's accounting system to provide a single source of truth for its software stack and spending.

The platform automates the process of tracking subscriptions, including free trials, making it easy to manage the full lifecycle of SaaS tools. It also identifies underutilized or duplicate tools, enabling companies to eliminate unnecessary expenses. As of April 2022, Hudled managed more than USD 100 million in SaaS spending for nearly 300 companies, including high-growth tech firms like Airwallex, Eucalyptus, and Mr Yum. Data from the platform revealed that the average startup using Hudled had 67 SaaS tools, spending an average of USD 462,000 annually, with 17.9% of SaaS subscriptions paid in foreign currencies. Hudled's audits identified an average potential savings of USD 9,441 per company.

In April 2022, it launched a new SaaS audit tool providing deeper analytics and saving opportunities for finance teams and decision-makers overseeing a company's SaaS stack.

Hudled offers its services to small and medium businesses. As of May 2024, its customers include  Zoomo, Madpaws, Drawboard, DisplayR, Upflowy, and Legalvision.
