Andor Health

Andor Health is a telehealth technology service provider that operates a B2B platform, Think Andor, to provide team collaboration across the entire care continuum including acute, ambulatory and post-acute care. The platform uses AI and collaboration suites (such as Microsoft Teams) to do so. It is used by medical providers to enable patient data sharing for secure messaging via audio, video, and text across the care team. The platform also offers patient triage solutions, supports remote patient monitoring, and uses AI to track a large number of patient conditions simultaneously.

The platform is offered via both desktop and mobile and can also support additional monitoring scenarios such as Virtual Rounding (connecting clinicians and patients virtually) and Telesitting (where clinical technician monitors video feeds of patients using the service)

Key customers and partnerships

In March 2022, the Florida-based company announced a partnership with Microsoft to expand the reach and accessibility of Andor Health’s services. Through the Microsoft Teams platform, Microsoft will help Andor Health offer its services on other devices including Windows-based technology, iOS devices, and Android devices. Andor has plans to use the MedTech services available on Microsoft’s Azure Health Data Services to enable the collection of patient data from medical devices.

Most recently, in April 2024, the company partnered with Augmedix, an AI-based automation platform, to fully integrate Augmedix’s platform with Andor's ThinkAndor platform. Through the partnership the integration allowed for immediate, post-virtual visit availability of physician notes within ThinkAndor, powered by Augmedix’s AI.
