RealtyMogul is an online real estate investment platform that connects individual investors to commercial real estate opportunities across the US. The platform primarily offers two types of investments - real estate investment trusts (REITs) and individual property investments.

RealtyMogul's REITs include the Income REIT and the Apartment Growth REIT. The Income REIT is a diversified portfolio of commercial properties focused on generating passive income through equity and debt investments. It pays monthly distributions between 6-8% annualized based on the initial investment amount. The Apartment Growth REIT concentrates solely on multi-family apartment communities with a goal of long-term appreciation. It pays quarterly distributions equal to 4.5% annualized based on the original purchase price.

For individual property investments, only accredited investors can participate by investing directly in specific properties such as multi-family residential, office, retail, industrial etc. The minimum investment amount is typically USD 25,000 - USD 50,000 per property with expected holding periods of 3-7 years.

RealtyMogul has over 280,000 registered members and has facilitated over USD 7 billion worth of real estate investments since its founding in 2012. A key aspect is the rigorous vetting process where less than 1% of potential deals are approved after thorough due diligence on the sponsor company, market factors, financials and business plans.
