Vontier Corporation (NYSE: VNT) is a global industrial technology company focused on transportation and mobility solutions. The company was spun off from Fortive Corporation in October 2020 and began trading as an independent public company on the New York Stock Exchange.

• Mobility Technologies: Provides digitally enabled equipment and solutions to support efficient operations across the mobility ecosystem. • Repair Solutions: Comprises the Matco Tools business, which manufactures and distributes aftermarket vehicle repair tools, toolboxes, automotive diagnostic equipment and software through a network of mobile franchisees.

• Environmental & Fueling Solutions: Provides environmental and fueling hardware, software, and aftermarket solutions for global fueling infrastructure through the Gilbarco Veeder-Root business.

As of June 2024, Vontier employs over 8,500 people worldwide. The company is guided by the Vontier Business System and is focused on driving innovation and growth while ensuring its actions align with its purpose of mobilizing the future to create a better world. Vontier has made several strategic acquisitions in recent years to expand its software and technology capabilities, including Driivz in February 2022 and Invenco in October 2022.
