Iconic Air

Iconic Air is a SaaS-based carbon analytics platform that maps carbon emissions in real time for energy-intensive industries. The platform automates carbon reporting and visualizes customers’ progress toward their GHG goals. The company enables customers to prepare carbon reports for audit matters and provide facilities including forecasting and scenario planning for CO2 emissions.

In October 2022, Iconic Air launched its Emissions Intelligence platform, which contains a suite of carbon management tools that can be integrated into commercially available applications and proprietary databases. In November 2023, the company released CarbonOne, a software platform to specifically manage and report carbon data of oil and gas enterprises. It has a carbon accounting feature that handles GHG emissions data for decarbonization plans and an inventory management feature for creating and tracking emissions equipment inventory.

Key customers and partnerships

In November 2022, Iconic Air and Diversified Energy collaborated to combine Iconic Air's Emissions Intelligence platform with the latter’s Smarter Asset Management program. In February 2023, the company partnered with Civitas Resources, an oil and gas producer, to integrate Iconic Air's Emissions Intelligence platform to reduce the latter’s operational emissions.

Funding and financials

The company’s latest funding round was in October 2022, when it raised USD 5 million in a seed funding round led by XYZ Venture Capital. Iconic Air used the funding to expand operational and sales teams to scale its platform capabilities.
