Fillogic converts underused space in retail areas into middle-mile logistics centers, providing retailers with an efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable logistics platform. It operates the mall distribution hubs and provides services such as fulfilling online orders, same-day order delivery, inventory management, and return or reverse logistics management.

As of April 2024, the company operated a network of seven hubs, with 13 locations in progress and 18 projected locations across the US.

It follows a logistics-as-a-service business model.
