BEKHealth has established partnerships with several healthcare organizations to enhance clinical trial processes. In February 2022, the company announced a partnership with CCT Research, a network of clinical research sites, to streamline access to EMR data across CCT's sites and drive a data-driven approach to trial execution and management. In July 2022, BEKHealth partnered with Western States Cancer Research NCORP to extend access and availability of oncology clinical trials to physicians and patients in Colorado, Washington state, and Alaska.

In November 2022, BEKHealth collaborated with Science 37, a virtual clinical trial site, enabling Science 37 to access EMR data across its network of over 35,000 community providers covering more than 35 million patient lives.
