Signify (Euronext: LIGHT) is the world's largest lighting company, headquartered in Eindhoven, Netherlands. Formerly known as Philips Lighting, the company rebranded in 2018 to reflect its transformation from an analog lighting company into a digital lighting and internet of Things (IoT) company. Signify reported annual revenue of EUR 6.7 billion in 2023 and has approximately 32,000 employees with operations in over 70 countries.

Signify offers a wide range of lighting products and services across multiple segments. Its portfolio includes LED lamps, luminaires, and connected lighting systems for professional and consumer markets. In recent developments, Signify announced a reorganization in December 2023, restructuring into four vertically integrated business units: Professional, Consumer, OEM, and Conventional. The company aims to save over EUR 200 million annually through this restructuring. Signify has been expanding its connected lighting portfolio, with its installed base of connected light points increasing to 124 million by the end of 2023. The company has also made strategic acquisitions, such as Intelligent Lighting Controls Inc. in March 2023, to strengthen its position in the North American market.
