Elemy (formerly known as Sprout Therapy) provides in-home and online behavioral care services for children diagnosed with autism. The platform matches children with a network of therapists, board-certified behavior analysts, and registered behavior technicians who design personalized treatment plans based on applied behavioral analysis (ABA) therapy, examining and altering treatment based on how patients react to stimuli.
Elemy claims its onboarding process only takes 12 weeks compared to an industry average of six months to two years. It reported an 85% average reduction in problem behaviors in the first six months. The tech-enabled platform also facilitates autism diagnosis and video consultations with its care team.
The company reported a 19x YoY revenue growth at the end of August 2021 and was expected to record USD 100 million by summer 2022. The company reached unicorn status in October 2021, after concluding a Series B funding round led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2, which valued Elemy at USD 1.15 billion.
