Heyflow

Heyflow is a German company that offers a no-code drag-and-drop tool for users to boost customer conversions by building conversational and graphical customer flows from scratch or by gathering information from visitors to a website or app. Its use cases include B2C and B2B lead generation, retention marketing, recruiting, ecommerce, and customer support. Users can choose from over 20 different building blocks, 600 style variables and over 42,000 icons included in the platform to design their flows to suit their respective website or app. Additionally, Heyflow provides tools for analytics, embedding and instant responses.  

The platform has a global user base spanning over 15 countries, and includes Medwing, Up42, and McMakler, among others. The company further noted that the main sectors/functions driving its growth as of September 2021 were insurance, financial services, recruiting, marketing, and advertising.

In September 2021, Heyflow raised USD 6 million in seed funding led by Project A Ventures. The funds were earmarked for product development and go-to-market activities, with the latter initially directed at the sectors which were driving most of the business growth at the time.
