Founded in 2019 by Paul Fifield and Alexandra Damgaard, UK firm Sales Impact Academy is a go-to-market learning platform providing live courses delivered by high-profile coaches in management and leadership, marketing, sales, prospecting customer success, and revenue operations for technology companies. The lessons are available on an annual subscription basis and, as of March 2022, the platform was being used by more than 260 customers.
In May 2022, the company launched its SIA Foundation, which focuses on providing free education in the form of scholarships to support underprivileged communities.
Funding and financials
In March 2022, the company raised USD 22 million in a funding round co-led by new investors HubSpot Ventures and MIT Investment Management Company, and will use the funds for platform development. It reported a revenue growth of 500% YoY, while its learning community had grown to 14,560 from 3,330 professionals over the past year, and claimed to be the largest go-to-market learning community in the world. The round follows its USD 4 million seed and debt funding round in July 2021.
