Accessibility Another key part of our platform, Crownpeak Digital Quality Management (DQM), is natively-integrated. DQM gives Marketers an advantage in workflow – from content creation to quality, and accessibility checks across all brands and channels. With Crownpeak's DQM product, customers can increase the reach of their brand – and grow the market to those who can research and buy their products – by ensuring accessibility across all digital throughputs. DQM helps marketers stay compliant and mitigate legal risk within Web Content Guidelines (WCAG), ADA, Section 508, and European Accessibility Act (EAA) guidelines. Natively integrated into Crownpeak DXP, or with another 3rd party CMS, marketers can use DQM as part of their standard content operations workflow. Architecture At Crownpeak's heart is our composable architecture. Functional and flexible, our composable architecture goes beyond pure headless architectures to give customers the power to plug-and-play all of Crownpeak's products. We also recognize Marketing and IT teams have 1000s of choices to orchestrate and deliver their digital experience. History Crownpeak was founded in January 2001. In 2021, Crownpeak acquired e-Spirit, another key leader in the DXP space. In 2017, Crownpeak acquired Evidon, the leading provider of technical solutions to complex Digital Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) challenges. These solutions help companies comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other new country and state Privacy Regulations.
