Based in Sweden, Viking Analytics is a provider of AI-based proprietary vibration monitoring solutions for the predictive maintenance of industrial assets. Viking Analytics’ MultiViz Vibration automatically detects unseen or pre-failure operational modes, conducts detailed diagnostics, and provides recommendations. Moreover, the platform allows experts to offer feedback and recommend actions, which the system then incorporates into its learning process.
MultiViz is available as an application programming interface (API) that can be connected with data from vibration sensors, allowing customers to build their own solution. It also operates on a subscription basis, which offers wireless vibration sensors, data storage, and AI-based analytics for a monthly fee.
The company also offers MultiViz AI, a cloud-based AI assistant that integrates IoT data with analytics to enhance performance, extend asset lifecycles, and minimize operational downtime and costs. As of September 2024, this feature was offered on a free-trial basis.
