Done is a telepsychiatry platform that specializes in personalized treatment plans for adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Following an initial screening to establish the likelihood of an ADHD diagnosis, users can schedule their first appointment with a licensed psychiatrist of their choice to determine an appropriate treatment plan.
Membership-based subscription plans include an upfront cost of USD 199 for the initial appointment, followed by a monthly fee of USD 59 which allows users to book online or in-patient follow-up consultations, access to the company’s care team, and receive re-fills for treatment through Done’s membership portal. Done also offers free shipping for prescriptions as well as local pharmacy pick up. Done is currently available in 11 states and has teamed up with 25 clinicians. The San-Francisco-based company was founded in 2019 by a 13-person team including Facebook, Stanford University, and Kaiser Permanente employees.
In September 2022, the Wall Street Journal reported that the company was being investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration for its prescribing practices for controlled substances. A spokesperson for Done, however commented that no official notice was given by the DEA or any other federal agency.
