Second Nature offers a sales coaching platform that uses conversational intelligence to provide immersive sales simulations for sales teams. Its proprietary conversational intelligence tool “Jenny” provides feedback based on sales representatives’ experiential learning (recordings, sales playbooks, etc.), coaching, in-house scoring system, certification, on-boarding of new sales reps as well as team analytics and reporting for sales managers. The company claims that its proprietary algorithm enables Jenny to communicate beyond the basic scripted response. As of January 2022, its customers include SAP, Check Point, and Zoom, and have offices in Israel (Tel Aviv) and the US (New York).
In January 2022, the company raised USD 12.5 million in a Series A funding led by signals Venture Capital, StageOne Ventures, Cardumen Capital, and Zoom Video Communications, Inc., through the Zoom Apps Fund.
