Israeli company EverAfter offers a drag-and-drop no-code customer success (CS) management and partnership relationship management tool aimed at business-to-business (B2B) clients. The CS management tool allows users to build personalized customer hubs by adding several widgets and tools including task management, Zendesk support tickets, shared assets, meeting summaries, and KPIs, among others. EverAfter also allows users to import accounts they manage onto the platform via a CSV file or by using its integrations with Salesforce and Hubspot.
The company’s partner management software, on the other hand, lets business users choose templates for self-service where partners can access data on their own sales pipeline in real time.
Since its founding in 2020, the company has grown to 20 employees and 30 customers including Taboola, AppsFlyer, and Verbit. In September 2021, the company raised USD 13 million in seed funding in a round co-led by TLV Partners and Vertex Ventures. The funds were earmarked to expand integrations and use cases, and EverAfter also intends to enhance the insights generated by the platform based on the data collected.
