Augmentt is a software company that provides a comprehensive platform designed to simplify and enhance SaaS security management and administration for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Their core offerings include Augmentt Secure, Augmentt Discover, and Augmentt Engage.

Augmentt Secure empowers MSPs to deliver robust Microsoft 365 security services, enabling them to proactively identify risks, audit security configurations, monitor policy adoption, and generate customer-facing reports. This solution facilitates threat mitigation strategies and demonstrates the value of security services to clients. Augmentt plans to expand Secure's capabilities to support additional SaaS applications like Salesforce, Zoom, and Google Workspace.

Augmentt Discover provides MSPs with comprehensive visibility into their clients' authorized and unauthorized SaaS usage, including desktop applications. It categorizes risk, vulnerability, productivity, and optimization strategies based on an industry-leading database. This tool offers a 30-day timeline visualization of client SaaS activity and allows MSPs to edit the client's SaaS master list directly within the platform.

Augmentt Engage streamlines SaaS management for MSPs by simplifying provisioning, daily user management (password resets, onboarding/offboarding), and enhancing productivity and security across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments. It enforces least privilege access, facilitates easy SaaS provisioning/de-provisioning, and ensures customer protection through multi-factor authentication (MFA) and conditional access policies.

In March 2022, Augmentt introduced real-time security alerting capabilities, allowing users to view and act on notifications from Microsoft and Google about issues like disabled MFA or suspicious logins. Preset rules enable customized alert processing based on type, severity, and other variables.

Augmentt acquired SOC two Type one certification in September 2021, demonstrating its commitment to meeting industry standards for security, availability, and confidentiality.
