College Guidance Network is reportedly the first virtual programming network in the education sector. It was launched in September 2020 as a free public service for schools in Massachusetts. The 10-episode programming series delivered over Zoom follows the college applications process timeline covering topics such as college selection, applying during the Covid-19 pandemic, college funding, and writing college essays. Each episode features interviews with experts on the topic, a Q&A session, and a topic-related toolkit. The network was launched in partnership with Naviance, a college and career readiness solution, the Massachusetts School Counselors Association (MASCA), and Boston Global Media Partners (Boston.com). By October 2020, the network included 148 high schools in Massachusetts, with plans to expand nationally in 2021.
