Joon Care

Joon Care is a tele-psychiatric therapy platform designed for teens and young adults aged between 13 and 24. Joon lets its members access mental health care on their own terms using familiar mediums. Following an initial virtual consultation, users are matched with a licensed clinician to receive a personalized treatment plan to be completed over a defined care period. Subsequently, members can schedule live, one-on-one therapy sessions using a mobile app. Joon is currently available in California, Washington and Oregon. In December 2023, the company raised USD 6 million in funding. Joon Care's total funding following this round stood at USD 9.5 million. The proceeds from the raise was expected to be used to extend the company's runway while it grows its mental health software platform.
