The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs

The United States Department of Veterans is a government-run military benefit system used to support and provide benefits for the veterans, post-war. This government-run agency works with the US Interagency Council on Homelessness to address the concerns of veterans. It provides services to the homeless, women, minority, LGBTQ+, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and mentally challenged veterans who are in need of support. Some of the services provided include healthcare, disability claim, benefit letters and medical records, education and training, life insurance, pension, housing assistance, careers and employment, burials and memorials, family member benefits, and service member benefits.
