Campbell has been focusing on expanding its snacks business in recent years. In fiscal year 2023, the company's snacks division grew 13% compared to 3% growth for soups. Campbell expects its Goldfish crackers to become its largest brand by 2027.
In March 2024, Campbell completed the acquisition of Sovos Brands, adding the Rao's and Michael Angelo's brands to its portfolio. The company expects this acquisition to bring incremental growth to its Meals & Beverages division. For fiscal year 2024, Campbell projects net sales growth of 3% to 4%, driven largely by the Sovos Brands acquisition.
