WellNow's Virtual Care platform allows patients to consult with providers 24/7 from the comfort of their homes. Most WellNow locations are open seven days a week with extended hours, to provide convenient access to care.

In recent years, WellNow Urgent Care has pursued an aggressive growth strategy through acquisitions. In July 2022, the company acquired Physicians Immediate Care, adding 55 locations across Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. This acquisition expanded WellNow's presence in the Midwest and increased its density in the Chicago market. WellNow Urgent Care is part of TAG - The Aspen Group, a consumer healthcare support organization that aims to bring better healthcare to more people. As of July 2022, WellNow served more than 35,000 patients a day and over 8 million patients annually across its network of centers.
