Skinshift provides customized skincare products based on the results of DNA analysis. Skinshift’s current business model involves an in-clinic analysis carried out by skincare specialists to provide customers personalized skincare product recommendations. As of January 2024, the company also had plans to launch an at-home DNA test kit to enable customers to carry out the DNA test themselves, using a cheek swab. The results of the DNA test will be reviewed by the skincare specialists to determine customized product recommendations.
Skinshift’s skincare kit includes a standard cleanser, toner, and moisturizer with a personalized serum and supplements recommended based on DNA results. As of January 2024, the toners were priced at USD 38.95 and the serums were priced at USD 79.95. SKINSHIFT’s product portfolio is paraben- and cruelty-free with no animal testing.
