Signant Health helps clinical trials digitally by enabling a range of tasks during the clinical trial process. The company was founded through a merger between CRF Health and Bracket, both of which were acquired by Genstar Capital.
Signant’s solutions cover patient engagement for electronic consent and simplifying patient tasks, IP management for supply chain management, site enablement for telemedicine and other connectivity solutions, clinical outcome assessments for the collection and analysis of clinical data from patients and sensors, data aggregation for the collection of data from multiple sources, and data analytics for the analysis of clinical data.
The company’s suite of SmartSignals solutions can be customized and selected based on customer requirements and enabled accordingly. Historically, Signant has expanded its product offerings through acquisitions, including ThoughtSphere for data aggregation and analytics as well as VirTrial for site enablement.
In July 2024, the company appointed Paul Richmond as its chief commercial officer. In his new role at Signant Health, Richmond began leading the commercial team and guiding customers in selecting solutions suited to their protocol, disease area, and evidence-generation strategies.
