Celsus is an artificial intelligence-based service developed by Medical Screening Systems, a Russian company, for analyzing digital medical images. The system serves as a support decision-making tool in radiology and oncology, helping to improve the accuracy and speed of diagnoses. Celsus utilizes neural network technologies to analyze mammograms, fluorograms, and CT scans, detecting potential pathologies and highlighting areas that require closer attention from medical professionals. The AI algorithm was trained on over 115,000 medical examinations, including public datasets and images marked by experienced radiologists. Celsus was being used in medical institutions across 13 regions of the Russian Federation, with agreements signed for implementation in 21 regions. The system's key features include patient triaging based on the severity of detected abnormalities, support for multithreading to analyze multiple studies simultaneously, and automatic generation of preliminary image descriptions to assist doctors in preparing their conclusions.
