Aerialoop designs, develops, and flies cargo delivery drones for middle-mile logistics and enables the transportation of items from cities to suburbs. With multiple aerial bridges (loops) across Latin America, the company offers clients in the suburbs access to businesses in city centers. Aerialoop has two drones in its portfolio: the “ALT6-8,” which can carry a payload of approximately 17.6 lbs, and the “ALT6-50,” which can carry approximately 110 lbs.
As of October 2022, Aerialoop had developed a capacity of 300 flights per week. It flies two commercial routes in Ecuador, where it has flown over 10,000 times.

Aerialoop has secured partnerships with marketplaces and logistics organizations, including Anheuser-Busch InBev, Rappi, CloudKitchens, and Hospital de los Valles.
Funding and financials
In October 2023, Aerialoop raised USD 2.5 million in a Series A funding round. Previously, in October 2022, Aerialoop received an undisclosed amount of funds from Kamay Ventures to accelerate the development of rain- and wind-proof drones, apply for permits in different countries, and launch commercial operations in more locations.
