Cross River Ventures is engaged in the business of exploration of mineral properties in Canada. The Company holds an option to acquire a 100% undivided interest in the Tahsis Property, located in Northern Vancouver Island, British Columbia, in the Nanaimo Mining Division, and is earning a 60% interest in the Fuchsite Gold Project, a 3,750-ha exploration project located 20km north of Armstrong, Ontario.
