Renewed Materials produces recycled surfaces (such as table tops) from collected waste via the company’s three product lines ALKEMI–polyester, ALKEMI–acrylic, and ALKEMI–copper. The inputs for the recycling process include pre-consumer waste flake aluminium and copper, solid surface scrap, and recycled acrylic, which are turned into aesthetic countertops and surfaces. As of December 2020, Renewed Materials’s clients include Whole Foods, the Fairmont Hotel, the University of Michigan, and Prescott Library.
