Pace offers a platform geared toward group therapy by creating small groups of 8-10 people around shared interests or identities led by licensed mental health practitioners. The company's primary service includes a 90-minute weekly live video group session through Pace’s platform, which is available on the web and through mobile devices at USD 45 per week. Pace also offers executive coaching for USD 250 and individual therapy for USD 300. The group will cover a variety of topics, and there is no formal curriculum. The company is also looking to introduce asynchronous ways for group members to chat and stay informed outside of the weekly classes and build a platform that goes beyond a group call. 

Based in California and founded by executives from Pinterest and Affirm, the company launched in private beta in January 2021. In December 2021, the company rolled out its latest mobile app for members—Pace 1.0. It also raised USD 13 million in a Series A funding round led by Pace Capital which will be used to further develop its platform and expand its membership base. The Pace 1.0 app will provide a 10-week program including a profile that shows the users’ real selves, access to facilitator-led peer group sessions, and personal insights from every session. The groups will consist of seven members of shared identities, offering 90-minute virtual weekly video sessions for a monthly subscription fee of USD 89.
