o9 Solutions develops the “Digital Brain,” an AI-powered planning, analytics, and data platform that facilitates planning and decision-making across supply chains. Through the platform, the company offers solutions for integrated business planning, supply chain planning and analytics, revenue growth management, demand planning, and sustainability. In July 2024, the company enhanced its Digital Brain platform by incorporating GenAI-powered LLM composite agents to perform complicated and cross-functional exercises. The top use cases include Al/ML forecasting, collaborative demand planning, supply chain control tower, sales and operations planning, and sustainability solutions.

The solutions are powered by industry-specific knowledge models and extend to industries such as automotive, retail, consumer products, and telecom.

In July 2023 the company was valued USD 3.7 billion. Also, in April 2024, the company reported that its annual recurring revenue (ARR) in Q1 2024 grew by 36% YoY. In 2023, the company reported a 47% YoY growth in its annual recurring revenue (ARR) backed by the success of its Digital Brain platform, which enables businesses to improve their planning and decision-making process.

Key customers and partnerships

As of October 2023, the company's customers included Apple, Toyota, Nestle, PRADA, Avon, M&S, Google, Lego, Pepsico, CooperVision, Teleflex and more.

In April 2024, o9 Solutions entered a strategic partnership with Resilinc, a company specializing in supply chain mapping and resiliency analytics, to integrate Resilinc’s supply chain risk data and mapping with o9’s impact and mitigation analytics, extending its digital supply chain twin and risk management capability. This allowed joint clients to identify risks early, simulate various scenarios, and make data-driven decisions. In the same month, the company also expanded its partnership with Microsoft to integrate Microsoft's Azure OpenAI Service into o9's Digital Brain platform, focusing on improving enterprise supply chain planning.
