Array's clinicians, including psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, therapists, and counselors, provide psychiatric assessments, therapy, medication management, and consultations via secure video platforms.

In November 2024, the company partnered with KeyCare to integrate mental health records with patients' physical health records. In June 2024, Array announced a partnership with Common Ground to support its Oakland Assessment and Crisis Intervention Service pilot program. The company also partnered with CVS Health, which led to a USD 25 million funding round in January 2023, building on their existing relationship where Array served as a provider for certain Aetna health plan members. In January 2022, Array joined Humana's virtual care network, providing telebehavioral health services to approximately 5 million Medicare Advantage members nationwide.
