Ciba Health offers personalized digital healthcare focusing on root-cause treatment for chronic diseases like type 2 diabetes and digestive issues. Its approach includes extensive lab testing, expert care teams, and wearable devices for patients, providing healthcare solutions for individuals and employers. The company offers personalized programs with an onboarding process that includes simple tests identifying over 300 lab markers, significantly more than traditional tests. In August 2024, the company launched Thrive by Ciba, an AI-powered disease prevention platform, that offers comprehensive blood work with over 100 lab tests and on-demand education for USD 499 per year or USD 42 per month. 

In addition, the company claims its care team, which includes physicians, psychiatrists, health coaches, and registered dietitians, is able to provide several one to one sessions with the individual. As of 2024, Ciba Health reported a 98% disease reversal rate among patients who completed their 12-month program, with an 85% reduction in medication. Since its inception in 2020, the platform's patient base has grown by 300% along with a YoY revenue increase of 100%.

Ciba Health also provides health equipment, such as continuous glucose monitors, blood pressure cuffs, digital scales, activity trackers, and sleep devices. 

Key customers and partnerships

In February 2024, Ciba Health partnered with Instacart Health to integrate Instacart’s grocery shopping services with Ciba Health’s dietician and nutrition programs. In April 2024, the company joined Solera Health’s network to help employers provide affordable foundational medical treatment. 

Earlier, in January 2022, Ciba Health formed a joint venture with New Harmony called Ciba Harmony to launch operations in China, engaging in advanced partnership talks with Peking University International Hospital and Peking University People's Hospital. Additionally, in September 2022, it established a subsidiary in the UAE and partnered with Plug and Play, a global innovation platform, to support its expansion in the MENA market.
