 <p>Reuters reports that OpenAI is allegedly collaborating with Broadcom to produce tailored AI chips. Furthermore, the AMD MI300 chips provided via Microsoft Azure are expected to be involved in its AI undertakings.</p>
 <p>A team of 20, inclusive of former Google Tensor Engineers, has been assembled by OpenAI to focus on chip development. TSMC will provide the manufacturing capacity needed. The production of the custom chip is projected to commence in 2026, and AMD chips will be utilized in the meantime through Microsoft Azure's infrastructure.</p>
 <p>The objective of the partnership is to aid OpenAI in handling costs and obtaining AI server hardware, even though the company's aspirations to establish its own network of foundries have been put on hold because of cost and time limitations.</p>
