Black Crow AI is a no-code data “infrastructure-as-a-service” company that offers a platform for direct-to-consumer merchants on Shopify to analyze customer data in real time to improve core business processes such as managing churn, enhancing customer experience, and optimizing marketing spend. Black Crow’s API enables users to integrate with existing workflows, tools, and software on top of Shopify websites and use real-time data in customers’ browsers to train predictive machine learning models while users are still active on the website.

The platform offers integrations with a number of third-party applications, including Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Facebook, Adobe DTM, and Klaviyo.

The company claims that its predictions can be delivered in 15 milliseconds after a user makes an action inside their web browser. As of March 2022, it had served over 225 companies including Solo Stove, Sakara Life, and Liquid IV and also stated that the company had grown by over 150% in Q1 2022.

Funding and financials

In March 2022, Black Crow AI raised USD 25 million in Series A funding led by Imaginary Ventures to research and develop new machine learning use cases in both the digital commerce and adjacent verticals.
