Acunetix is an automated web application security scanner that leverages advanced macro recording technology to scan complex paths and password-protected sites. Netsparker uses its proprietary proof-based scanning technology to scan thousands of websites and web applications while eliminating false positives.
Invicti Security serves several government agencies like the US Air Force and NASA as well as leading companies including Visa, Starbucks, and Coca-Cola. As of May 2020, Invicti Security’s run rate annual recurring revenue (ARR) exceeded USD 40 million. By November 2021, the company was on track to achieve an annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth of over 60% in 2021, counted 3,300 customers across 115 countries, secured 625,000 websites, and intended to expand its global headcount by 40% in 2022.
The private equity firm Summit Partners acquired a majority stake in Invicti Security with a USD 625 million investment in October 2021. The funding was utilized to support the company’s growth and product development strategies.
