Positioned to be the world's second-largest logistics provider after Amazon, C.H. Robinson's market cap exceeds USD 10 billion. The acquisition amalgamates a workforce of 1,700 people across 20 markets, making Sennder one of the top five companies in Europe's full truckload services industry. Sennder's annual revenue is anticipated to double to EUR 1.4 billion (USD 1.5 billion) as a result of the acquisition.
