The company offers psychological evaluations, skill-based tutoring, executive function coaching, behavioral therapy, and speech and language therapy through its network of licensed providers. Parallel's services are available both directly to families and to school districts as part of its enterprise offering. The platform aims to make testing, diagnosis, and support more accessible by providing services within days rather than months at a fraction of the cost of traditional providers. 

The company employs proprietary software that includes partnerships with curriculum publishers and an Enhanced GoalTracker tool to monitor student progress on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

As of September 2024, Parallel was working with nearly 80 school districts and over 150 providers across the US. 

In September 2022, Parallel announced a partnership with Pearson Clinical to expand its assessment services, allowing full access to Pearson's range of clinical assessments.
