Trustpage provides AI-powered trust centers to allow secure communication and collaboration. Its trust centers enable companies to proactively collaborate and communicate with consumers on their complete security posture and provide transparency around the measures they have taken to manage data security, privacy, threat management, and compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.

Trustpage’s data and applications are hosted by the cloud platform provider Heroku, and it provides data encryption, password encryption, incident management, and response to protect the sensitive data of customers. The company provides an AI-powered security scanner to help users complete security reviews using natural language processing (NLP), eliminating the manual process of performing security reviews. Trustpage’s design domain page can be integrated into an organization’s CRM platform, and it allows connected teams to share information in accessible formats through secure channels while providing visibility into who has access to information. The company’s platform also provides AI-powered answer suggestions (yet to be launched), proactively sends updates to customers on security policies, and identifies content that requires updating.

As of November 2021, Trustpage’s AI-powered security scanner mapped more than 5,300 companies globally and it counted nearly 300 companies as paying customers, which included Scribe, Dutchie, Sift, and Iterate. The company offers its platform under a software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription model for USD 200 and USD 1,000 per month to share and collaborate with customers. It also includes a free basic plan to publish the trust center.

In November 2021, the company raised USD 5 million in a seed funding round co-led by Bonfire Ventures, Ludlow Ventures, and Detroit Venture Partners. The funding was expected to be utilized to expand its engineering and marketing team of 14 to 20 by the end of Q1 2022; accelerate growth; develop new features, including AI-assisted reviews; and expand its services to a larger customer base, focussing on software buyers and auditors.
