 Dutch company, Yondr, which operates in the cloud and Edge data center industry, has secured a loan of up to USD 150 million from the International Finance Corporation (IFC). The IFC is a division of the World Bank Group, focusing specifically on emerging markets in the private sector.
 
 The loan will facilitate the development of the largest hyper-scale data center campus in Malaysia, located in Johor's Sedenak Tech Park. This development will escalate Johor to the position of the largest hyper-scale data center campus in the whole of Southeast Asia, boasting an IT load capacity of over 300 MW.
