Teale is a French holistic teletherapy platform designed to help employees and HR managers prevent burnout and quitting. The platform utilizes technology and cognitive and behavioral sciences to engage employees actively and offer support through one-on-one coaching and access to psychiatrists and therapists. Employees can use the platform to gain mental health awareness through surveys and educational content.

Teale provides interactive personalized digital healthcare through a vetted network of mental health professionals, and access to therapeutic resources (material, tools, and exercises), to enable employees to regularly work on their well-being using recognized methodologies (cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, neuropsychology etc.). As of August 2023, the company had served over 100 customers, including major companies like Sanofi and Carrefour, Amazon, and Nestle. Teale operates a B2B2C subscription model.
