On the rental front, the platform enables landlords to store and access tenant-related data, such as reference reports and tenancy agreements, while also allowing landlords to keep track of, and follow up on maintenance requests and monthly payments.

The company also aims to provide home improvement solutions via its platform, where users can share details of areas in need of repair and maintenance and allows local contractors to select and accept relevant jobs, thereby providing direct access to home service professionals and enabling users to keep track of various home improvement projects. The company operates a fixed-price booking system for vetted contractors, claiming to be the first of its kind in the UK. Additionally, the platform also provides a property dashboard for users, including data and insights relating to the properties managed under the platform, including identifying and alerting users of potential maintenance issues before they arise. As of June 2021, the platform was available on iOS and as a web app and is expected to be launched on Android during 2021.

Lofti provides a range of pricing options, the platform is offered free of charge for homeowners, while landlords are charged 7% of the rent, and real estate agencies and property managers are charged GBP 4.99 per month.

In June 2021, the company raised USD 1.5 million in seed funding from WoodJC. The company expects to use the funds to increase its national presence, grow its workforce, expand its product offering and develop its community hub.
