NUE Life Health is a hybrid mental health platform that combines a graph database approach and AI technology to deliver customized evidence-based therapies. These therapies include at-home ketamine therapy, psychedelic-assisted therapies, and proprietary music therapy. By building a knowledge graph for each patient, the platform employs an integrated psychiatry approach to diagnose and treat mental health conditions. Through its algorithms, NUE Life offers personalized recommendations for treatment, supplements, and suitable music to enhance therapy sessions.

NUE Life offers the Nue Integrate membership, available nationwide at a monthly price of USD 49, and has reduced the cost of the Nue Care program from USD 249 to USD 199 per month. As of June 2023, NUE Life has successfully provided at-home ketamine therapies, libraries, apps, and aftercare programs to over 8,000 patients throughout the US.

In June 2023, NUE Life Health made an announcement that it would provide its teletherapy and monitoring app, Nue app, and Nue Score, free of charge to patients undergoing ketamine therapy, regardless of their use of Nue Life's internal service. This initiative allows individuals in the United States who are receiving ketamine therapy to access the Nue Life app and its membership services as a supplement to their medication-based treatment. The introduction of these new services is expected to expand Nue Life's market reach and penetration.

Funding and financials

In June 2023, Nue Life Health raised USD 1.9 million from existing investors in a financing round. The funds were primarily allocated to facilitate the free rollout of the app, covering various ketamine therapy methods such as lozenges, intramuscular, and intravenous treatments.
