Founded in 2020 by Joshua Dahn with the support of Elon Musk, Synthesis School is an online learning program that aims to educate students aged 8–14 on decision making and problem solving in an engaging manner. Students attend a weekly one-hour class which they can schedule around their own availability, and subscriptions cost USD 180 a month. According to its website, Synthesis School plans to extend its target age group to 6–7 year-olds and children above 14 years in the future.
In June 2021, Synthesis School closed its first round of Series A funding of USD 5 million led by Anthony Pompliano with participation from Alumni Ventures Group.
