In November 2022, Dr Dropin fully acquired UK-based virtual dermatologist Skindoc for an undisclosed amount. This announcement follows Dr Dropin’s initial purchase of a majority stake in Skindoc earlier this month. The acquisition was carried out to help Dr Dropin expand its geographical footprint into the UK market. Post-acquisition, Skindoc will continue to operate under its own brand name
