POW! Foods is a Chilean food technology company established specializing in the development of plant-based meat alternatives. The company offers plant-based sausages, nuggets, and chorizos that are free from cholesterol, soy, and gluten.
The company uses its molecular modeling platform to produce plant-based products from ingredients such as pea protein, corn protein, and rice protein to mimic the taste and texture of conventional meat-based foods. Compared to conventional meat, POW! Foods claim that its products consist of up to three times more protein, 70% less fat, and zero cholesterol.

In 2019, POW! Foods was selected to join ProVeg Incubator’s alternative protein accelerator program.
