NeueHealth is a value-driven healthcare company that provides consumer-centric care across the ACA Marketplace, Medicare, and Medicaid. Formerly known as Bright Health Group, the company rebranded in January 2024 to focus on its value-based care model. NeueHealth is headquartered in Doral, Florida and serves over 500,000 health consumers through partnerships with more than 3,000 affiliated providers across the US.

NeueHealth operates through two main segments:

• NeueCare: Delivers value-driven healthcare to consumers through owned clinics and provider partnerships. It takes a consumer-centric approach to provide personalized, high-quality care.

• NeueSolutions: Enables independent providers and medical groups to succeed in performance-based arrangements through population health tools and partnerships with health plans and government programs.

NeueHealth has expanded its clinical network in recent years. In December 2021, the company announced plans to open 25 new clinics in Florida, Texas and North Carolina. As of January 2024, NeueHealth operates several clinic networks in Florida, including Centrum Health, AssociatesMD, and Premier Medical Associates, which serve over 150,000 health consumers in the state.
